Leadership at OSA
Leadership Programs provide a wide variety of programs, services, and experiences that assist WIU students in the exploration and development of their leadership abilities, and their preparation to become active participants in the community. The program offers classes, workshops, resources, and activities that complement the co-curricular experience of the WIU students. the Office of Student Activities students can join TEAMLEAD (Together
Everyone Achieves Mentoring Leadership Empowerment and Development),
a leadership programming organization that provides the WIU community
with the Fall Leadership Conference, the WISDOM Conference, and

TEAMLEAD is an organization that is dedicated to the growth, development, and recognition of all student leaders through a diverse collection of leadership activities at Western Illinois University. Every month TEAMLEAD recognizes an individual or organization that illustrates leadership through the Spotlight Leadership award.
People are chosen for recognition by submitting a Spotlight Leadership form available in the Office of Student Activities, the Student Organization Center, or online via a printable PDF form.
Please fill out the form, attach a paragraph or two stating why they should be the Spotlight Leader of the Month, and turn the form into the Office of Student Activities. Recognition is fun and shows that you appreciate others' hard work and leadership.
Most importantly as the Spotlight of the month, if that person or organization is chosen they will be recognized, receive a gift, and will have their photo added to the TEAMLEAD spotlight bulletin board.
